**Job Overview**:
Our platform connects you with a steady stream of local customers and homeowners, giving you the freedom to work when you want and earn more. As an independent contractor with us, you’ll handle a variety of handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, maintenance, repairs, and renovations for residential and commercial properties. You’ll have the freedom to bid on jobs that fit your schedule and preferences.

Compensation is project-based but the converted hourly rate would be $30-60/hour (around double the industry average).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general handyman work as an independent contractor, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks.
- Provide accurate quotes and timelines for project completion.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the platform as needed.
- Maintain your own tools and equipment required for the job.
- Provide receipts for materials to ensure reimbursement from customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handyman or tradesman work.
- Own liability insurance.
- Own tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

**Job Types**: Commission, Freelance

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
