About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This is a performance-based opportunity where you earn 30% of every job, regardless of how quickly or slowly you complete it. If a job is budgeted for four hours and you finish in two, you still get your full 30%. If it takes you five hours, you still get 30%.

We use a simple two, four, and eight-hour billing method to price jobs. You will quote your own jobs, and if a task is estimated to take two hours or less, you’ll complete it immediately, purchasing materials if necessary and ensuring the job is done the same day.

You will also earn 30% of all call-out fees, so you’ll get paid for your time whether the client proceeds or not, making this a great opportunity for skilled and efficient tradespeople who want to maximize their earnings based on performance.

What We‘re Looking For:
We need someone with a broad skill set in residential repairs, maintenance, and installations, including but not limited to:
Carpentry (trim, framing, decks, fences, doors, windows)

Light Plumbing (faucets, garburators, unclogging, toilet installs)

Light Electrical (switches, outlets, fans, thermostats, breakers)

Drywall Repair & Painting

Siding, Soffit & Fascia Repairs

Flooring Installation & Repairs

Attic Ladder & Cabinet Installations

Rot & Roof Repairs

Smart Home Device Installations

Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance

Furniture Assembly, TV Mounting, Picture Hanging

If you have experience in most of these areas and the confidence to work independently, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You Need:
Strong skill set in general handyman services.

Ability to quote jobs confidently based on our pricing structure.

Efficiency & reliability, more work = more pay.

Own tools & vehicle (preferred but not required, a vehicle and tools will be provided if necessary).

Honesty & integrity - you will be tested on your skills.

Ability to work safely & professionally in client homes and commercial properties.

How to Apply:

Pay: $48.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
