Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetics of the properties we manage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs on residential and commercial properties, including carpentry, drywall, Bathroom/Kitchen Tiles and painting tasks.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repair work.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment safely and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, and general construction practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
