**About the Role**:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sourcing Specialist** to join our People and Culture team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for **posting job opportunities across multiple platforms**, **ensuring accurate and engaging job descriptions**, and** optimizing visibility to attract top talent**. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with opportunities to collaborate with senior management and gain insights into modern hiring strategies. While demanding, it provides a rewarding experience that will enhance your expertise in recruitment and sourcing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post job opportunities across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company branding.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on job postings to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and proper functionality.
- Gather role requirements from the team leaders and provide updates on job postings.
- Monitor and track job posting performance, providing regular updates and insights to the recruitment team.
- Maintain our centralized system for tracking job postings to ensure streamlined operations.

**About You**:

- Masters, Bachelors or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's Level program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
