**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic **INSIDE SALES Representative **to join us on full time. As a Sales Representative one of your primary responsibilities includes creating new accounts in a dedicated market territory using your networking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new relationship and maintain existing relationship with clients.
- Proactively prospect into assigned vertical markets, make outgoing calls and visits to generate sales
- Educate customers and prospects on the benefits of our services
- Attend onsite quote meetings, assess job requirements, assist in quote preparation and submissions
- Attend networking events, face-to-face meetings, and any other activities that help generate and close leads
- Discuss sales status reports as required, including activity, closings and follow-up, attend regularly scheduled team and individual sales and coaching meetings;
**Job Requirements**:

- Having Good referrals and excellent networking skills
- Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve yourself and add value to the organization
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Staffing industry is must

**Compensation**:

- Commission pay

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
