As a summer student, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to process development, documentation, optimizing workflows, and enhancing efficiency in our test lab environment. Gain hands-on experience in identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and measuring their impact. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact while learning valuable skills in time management, data analysis, and teamwork. Your Tasks:

- Develop and review procedures and documentation focused on the High Voltage test labs’ operations with the guidance of the Test Lab and Manufacturing Engineers
- Map current operational standards, work instruction and supplementary documentation and develop a review plan
- Create detailed procedure/work instructions for new processes and equipment
- Collaborate with the Test lab infrastructure reliability strategic project
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Student must be working towards an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and must be in their 3rd year or higher
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Organizational skills to manage multiple topics
- Strong attention to detail and ability of notice and address errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent spoken and written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks
- Self-driven, resourceful with a strong work ethic in order to achieve goals independently and work well in groups
- Be comfortable to work in a manufacturing environment, be creative and have initiative to implement new ideas/projects
