We are looking for a property administrator to work with a team of property managers who manage a number of prestigious condominiums in downtown Montreal. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team in their administrative tasks.
**Roles, Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Maintain and update the filing system and database (lease copies, contact information, service contracts, by-laws, documents, etc.)
- Customer service and communication via portal or by phone (general inquiries, complaints, rule violations, document requests, moves, intercom keys, updates, and general notices etc.)
- Coordinate and monitor minor repairs and maintenance, and operational personnel, such as building superintendents or cleaning staff.
- Attendance and minute taking for Board meetings and Annual General meetings, as required
- Onsite building visits once per week.
- Assist the Manager with specific tasks as required.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Excellent command of the French and English language (oral and written). English is required to respond to requests from English-speaking customers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for dealing with tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-solving: The ability to handle and resolve client concerns and operational issues is critical.
- Professionalism: A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail is required at all times.
