We are seeking an intermediate Customs Import Agent that is looking to progress their career by expanding their knowledge base, and skill set within Customs Brokerage.

** Must have Air/Highway Customs Import release experience**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Accurately and timely process CBSA releases for air, rail and highway shipments

Review invoices, manifests and other supporting documents for conformity to customs and corporate regulations

Ensure client instructions are followed

Enter data from commercial invoices and other supporting documentation

Monitor the status of the shipments and ensure all rejects are fixed in a timely manner.

Customs release via SWI

Prepare and submit paper release packages to Canada Customs when required

Contact clients, carriers and vendors for additional information, as needed.

Answer questions from clients regarding shipment release and status

**Other Skills & Abilities**:
Good oral and written communication skills

Must have excellent customs service skills

Basic computer skills

Excellent typing skills

Experience with PGA regulated goods considered an assist, but not required.

Knowledge of ITMR4 system considered an asset, but not required.

3 year minimum experience preferred.
