**Job description**:
The security specialist / project manager will be responsible for providing high-quality demonstrations of our products to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. For the preparation of technical quotations, also for supervising the execution of projects they handle across the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine technical requirements to meet customer objectives and act as a liaison between the organization's sales/business development and engineering teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries or requests for proposals, providing technical details of proposed solutions. and assist the sales department with the tools and designs necessary to expedite business, execute contracts.
- Be the go-to product expert, able to accurately answer technical product questions posed by sales teams.
- Collect technical information for projects and pass it on to the technical department.
- Implement project management methods and techniques (on time, on budget and with high quality standards) to coordinate projects with the shipping department and technical team.
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders, including regular status updates.
- Learn and use the company's CRM and Quoting system for all daily tasks.
- Assist the accounting department with final project information/product counts/hours spent on site.
- Learn the companies' products, demonstrate a good knowledge of them, and complete their training.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- 2+ years of related experience, such as sales, implementation, solution building, or engineering.
- Ability to present effectively and command attention with a variety of stakeholder perspectives.
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, comfortable multitasker, critical thinker with high attention to details.
- Personality traits: empathic, positive, passionate, creative, smart, high integrity, startup mentality.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel
