Desai Maruszki LLP is looking for a Personal Injury Law Clerk with **3-4 years** experience to join our growing team
**Role Responsibilities include**:
- General management of files including experience in handling of Accident Benefits from open to close;
- Conducting intakes for potential new clients;
- Drafting correspondence including but not limited to; clients, medical professionals, Defence counsel, insurance companies and third parties;
- Serving/Exchanging documents with opposing parties;
- Identifying, organizing and summarizing documentation and information obtained
- Preparation of pleadings, such as: Notice of Examination, Affidavits of Documents and Trial records
- Preparing and providing medical briefs to various experts
- Preparation for Discoveries, Mediation, Trial and LAT proceedings
- Preparing file closing documents
- Provide constant communication between client and team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
