We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our Banquet Team as Part-Time Bartender from October 6, 2025.

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Serve guests a variety of different beverage including Wine, Spirits, Beer and other non-alcoholic beverages in a professional manner according to Donalda Club recipes and standards
- Perform various preparation duties including ensuring enough glassware are clean and stocked in the bar, cutting lemons and limes, ensuring there is ice at the bar and preparing snacks if required
- Perform duties to ensure the bar is clean at all times including the maintenance of cleanliness on the floor to prevent slippage
- Record sales accurately in P.O.S System, providing a completed and cross-referenced cheque summary at the end of each shift
- Assist manager with bar inventory on a monthly basis
- Continuously monitor dining and bar areas to ensure high quality of the overall dining experience
- Handles complaints from guests and members in a professional manner and inform manager on duty to resolve issue

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Completion of High School Education (Grade 12) is required
- Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality is required
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Bartending Certificate is an asset
- Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience is required preferably in events & banquets
- Must be 18 years of age or older to prepare or serve alcoholic beverages
- Wine and Cocktail knowledge is required
- Knowledge of P.O.S Systems (JONAS) is considered an asset
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be well-groomed, mannerly, and friendly to ensure a good dining experience for members and guests
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required
- Private Club experience is an asset
