**Job Overview**
Allscapes Landscape is a locally owned and operated landscaping company based in Guelph, Ontario. We specialize in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Beds Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position involves hands-on work that requires both physical stamina and a passion for landscaping and garden care. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of the landscapes we manage.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform landscaping tasks.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
- Maintain garden and flower beds: weeding, edging, mulching.
- Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other outdoor features.
- Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering techniques are applied.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after use.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various equipment effectively.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely in a variety of tasks.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive mindset
- A passion for gardening or landscaping with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
