**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Light Woodworking**: Cut and Assemble sign frames with our modern framing equipment.
- **Operate Digital UV Flatbed Printers**: Ensure accurate and efficient printing on a variety of materials.
- **Operate CNC Laser Engravers/Cutters**: Set up and operate CNC laser machines to engrave or cut materials according to specifications.
- **Assemble Products**: Use pneumatic tools to assemble products with precision and attention to detail.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with other production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with woodworking, digital printing and/or CNC laser engraving is an asset.
- Ability to operate pneumatic tools for assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and products (up to 50lbs / 25kg).
