Production Team Member

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Packaging and labeling of products.
- Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards by conducting thorough quality checks.
- Follow inventory procedures for all material entering the production facility.
- Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications and quality standards.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Use proper material handling techniques to ensure mínimal damage to inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members to achieve daily production targets and ensure efficient operations.
- Be friendly and courteous to colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of basic material handling equipment and procedures.
- Experience in Doors, Hardware and Building supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understand and follow verbal and written direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organizational skills and self-motivation are important attributes.
- Work well in supporting a team-based environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.22-$19.23 per hour
