**What You’ll Earn**
- **$700-$1,500+ weekly** (top performers earn more)
- **Performance bonus pay**:$500+** a month
- **Weekly pay every Friday** Uncapped earnings — _your effort determines your paycheck._

**What You’ll Do**
- Knock on doors and start friendly conversations
- Book **free** heat pump assessments
- Educate homeowners about **up to $30,000 in energy rebates**:

- Use our mobile CRM to track leads and follow-ups
- Represent GreenPump with professionalism, confidence, and energy
