**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Food and Beverage Service Manager, taking on responsibilities and essential job functions, including but not limited to the following:

- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting your fellow colleagues.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean uniform and well-groomed appearance.
- Stay up to date on recipes, procedures, and plating for all menu items, special dishes, and promotional items assigned to you.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards set by the organization.
- Conduct quality checks on raw products to ensure freshness and adherence to standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to create a safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
- Assist with various tasks on the line as needed to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
