About Us:
We are a growing investment and operating company expanding into the Food & Beverage (QSR franchise) sector. Our goal is to build a portfolio of leading franchise brands (ex A&W, barBURRITO, Dairy Queen, KFC, etc.) across Ontario and beyond. We are looking for a driven professional who can take ownership of our QSR expansion strategy - from identifying franchise opportunities to opening and operating successful locations.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate franchise opportunities (A&W, barBURRITO, Dairy Queen, KFC, and other strong QSR brands).
- Work with brokers, landlords, and real estate agents to secure prime locations.
- Manage budgeting, financial modeling, and ROI projections for new stores.
- Oversee build-out, permits, and project timelines for new restaurant openings.
- Recruit and train management teams for store-level operations.
- Build scalable systems for operations, compliance, and profitability across multiple brands.
- Report directly to ownership on expansion milestones, timelines, and performance.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in franchise development, multi-unit management, or QSR operations.
- Strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry and QSR franchise models.
- Experience in site selection, negotiations, and project management.
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, ROI analysis, budgeting).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a fast-growth, build-from-scratch environment.

Location: Ontario (travel required for site visits & openings)

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
