**The Opportunity**

If you're an experienced Auto Body Customer Service Rep looking for an opportunity to join the Lower Mainland's luxury leading collision repair organization, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary contact with customers
- Update and maintain communication with customers through repair
- Promoting positive Google Reviews on our website
- Creating ideas/incentives to keep customers happy/informed (ie. Monthly customer draws for gift cards, etc.)
- Assist production manager as required
- Move customer vehicles as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Autobody/Dealership experience
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
