Corporate Accounting and Payroll Administrator

This position will report to the Controller.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bi-Monthly Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Account reconciliations
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly invoicing
- Bank Deposits
Must haves for this position:
- Payroll Designation (PCP) would be considered an asset
- Minimum of two-years full cycle payroll administration including experience with hourly, salary, and commission based payrolls
- Experience with Ceridian
- Previous accounts payable
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills is a must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
