STEMstein is a new venture by EDKOSMOS. STEMstein is a new and innovative STEM tutoring brand dedicated to nurturing young minds and empowering students in grades 3-8. Our mission is to deliver exceptional education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, aligned with Ontario’s curriculum standards. We are seeking passionate, driven, and talented individuals to join our team as we redefine the tutoring experience.
**Role Summary**:
The Centre Administrator will oversee front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, manage walk-ins, and play a key role in the center’s day-to-day activities. This role also includes maintaining the center’s social media presence to enhance engagement with students and parents.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors.
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and billing processes.
- Manage inventory and ensure all administrative supplies are available.
- Take photographs during events and activities for social media use.
- Maintain and update the center’s social media accounts with engaging posts.
- Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in educational or STEM-related settings is an asset.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
