**Key Responsibility’s**
- Interpret the designer's intent to ensure the desired style
- Create patterns for prototypes; samples and production
- Grade patterns by creating and maintaining graded measurement specifications
- Ensure patterns are consistent with factory capabilities and processes
- Ability to work from both design sketches and existing patterns
- Participate in fittings to determine and resolve fit/balance issues
- Experience working with different types of fabric.
- Effectively communicate design intent and construction to factory staff
- Order Processing
- Customer communications
- Production schedule planning
- Marker making

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Gerber AccuMark
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of garment construction.
- Attention to detail
- High school Diploma or equivalent, Diploma in apparel design preferred.

**Summary**

As a Pattern Maker, you will be an integral part of the product development and production process. In this position, you will work closely with the in-house garment factory.

Pay: $25.00-$28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
