Qualitest is looking for a Workday Finance and Integration in US to join our rapidly expanding teams

Experience testing Workday HCM Core modules including integrations
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure testing phases are delivered on-time and on-budget
Ensure testing phase is properly planned and staffed
Experience leading a team of QA Engineers and managing key stakeholders
Review and analyze system specifications
Assess overall QA process and suggest improvements as needed
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Work with client teams and developers to identify test scenarios (Unit/QA/E2E)
Conduct test case review meetings with business leads
Execute test cases and analyze results
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Act as a defect manager and hold defect review meetings with the concerned development, business teams and QA Engineers and work towards speedy defect resolution
Help troubleshoot issues
Support UAT, including official sign-off approval on readiness for UAT and Production
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
**Requirements**:
**Preferred to have**:
2+ years’ experience with Workday HCM implementations
5+ years’ experience managing and leading large implementations and teams
5+ years Business Analyst/QA experience (analytical, troubleshooting, process-oriented)
ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certification in Software testing or similar (desirable)
Strong understanding of HRIS and ERP systems
Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes, functions and dependencies
Strong Payroll experience (desirable)
