Base pay range CA$80.00/hr - CA$140.00/hr Job Overview One of our clients, a global IT services and consulting firm and Workday partner, is seeking a certified Workday HCM Consultant for a long‑term contract (1‑2 years, 40 hours per week). The role is remote, and candidates may be based anywhere in North America. Responsibilities Support Workday customers to optimize their Workday solution. Design future roadmap and provide project execution and governance with the customer team. Gather and analyze requirements. Configure Core HCM and Security modules. Actively engage with stakeholders in discovery sessions and other consulting activities. Qualifications Workday certifications (HCM and Security) required. Strong hands‑on configuration experience in Core HCM and Security. Experience with Workday HCM implementation or optimization. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Contract Details Contract basis – 1‑2 years. Estimated workload – 40 hours per week. Flexible hourly rate (DOE). Remote engagement – location anywhere in Canada or the United States.
