**Job Overview**
Zoom Tours is hiring energetic, outgoing individuals to lead small-group van and Sprinter van tours throughout Toronto and nearby destinations. Tours typically run **5-7 hours**, so we’re looking for people with stamina, great people skills, and a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences.
If you enjoy storytelling, engaging with travelers, and showing off what makes Toronto special, this might be your perfect fit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging, informative, and entertaining guided tours (5-7 hours in length).
- Drive guests safely and confidently in company vans or Sprinter vans.
- Share stories, history, local insights, and hidden gems with humor and personality.
- Adapt your delivery based on group size, mood, and interests.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain the tour schedule.
- Help with basic vehicle cleanliness and preparation before/after tours.
- Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes to routes.
**Qualifications**
- Great public speaking, storytelling, or performance skills.
- Comfortable engaging with groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for Toronto or a strong desire to learn and share its stories.
- Professional, punctual, and calm under pressure.
- **Valid G license required (for standard tour vans).**:
- **F license required (for Sprinter vans).**:
- Clean driving record.
- Available to work 5-7 hour shifts, often on weekends and holidays.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus but not required.
