**Lighting Application Specialist**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
More specifically your duty will consist of:

- Complete proposal drawings from iGuzzini products.
- Scale and customize IES files for lighting reports.
- Make sure tracks lighting layouts met products standards.
- Coordinate with technical sales and customer service any standard or custom fixture recommendations.
- Validate and recommend IGuzzini products to suitable for client’s projects.
- Extract 3D model from existing projects in AutoCAD or Revit.
- Assist customer service and sales departments, reps and designers.
- Review project drawings and details to ensure customer intent is met.

**Qualifications**:

- Studies in the field related to lighting. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architecture Technologist with a concentration in lighting is ideal.
- Creative problem solver.
- Manage workload effectively.
- Ability to understand architectural and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of IES standard lighting levels.
- Working knowledge of AGI32 or Dialux Evo and Google Office Suite, is an asset.
- Capacity to work in 3D models such as AutoCAD or Revit, or any other 3D architectural software.
- Desired lighting knowledge:

- Strong understanding of photometric concepts and units (Lumen Method, Uniformity, Illuminance, output, Luminance, Lumens, Candela).
- Basic understanding of vision, visual performance, glare, and comfort as it relates to lighting.
- Knowledge of average foot-candle or lux levels.
