Calgary, Canada Eton-West Construction (ALTA) Inc. Full time

Eton-West Construction is looking for a **FULL TIME EXPERIENCED FOREMAN with commercial construction experience** on a variety of projects including multi-level buildings, concrete and steel structures, warehouses, and office spaces. Reporting to the Site Superintendent and Project Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation on the job site. Tasks include, but are not limited to, working hand and power tools, read and interpret construction drawings, staging materials, rough carpentry, roof carpentry, plywood sheathing, heating and hoarding, and minor concrete forming. You will participate in our safety program and preferably have a valid first aid certificate. You will also work with the Site Superintendent to manage labourers and trade workers.

**Skills Required**:

- Carpenter hand tool and power tool experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valid first aid certificate.
- Flexibility with schedule. Evening and weekend work is sometimes required.
- Valid driver’s licence, your own vehicle and ability to travel locally as needed.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in an effective manner.
- Ability to both work alone and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:Compensation package to be negotiated based on skills and experience. Compensation package also includes participation in the company benefit plan (medical, dental, vision).

Pay: $36.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
