**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Support the onboarding process by facilitating training development for new hires.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP or Kronos is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
