**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects in Canada. Based in your local area, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our mission to improve community health and happiness.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals using construction estimating skills.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate updates.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management within the landscape or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
- Knowledge of civil construction processes is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
