**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Are you interested in the field of physical testing? You have a strong interest in maintenance and everything related to equipment and its proper operation? We have the job for you, the Test Bench Project Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing tests of various components on our test benches. To add a bit of challenge, this specialized equipment is entirely designed in-house to specifically meet our component validation needs.

Your challenge will be to ensure high availability rates on our equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program on them. You will not achieve your goals alone, as you will need to collaborate with our product development teams, as well as your fellow product validation engineers.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Make our test benches equipment recognized for their high efficiency standards, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the premises, in compliance with good health and safety practices
- Plan and supervise component validation activities on our test beds
- Write and present test reports to requesting parties
- Participate in the development and implementation of various validation plans for our products
- Implement and maintain a preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment
- Manage equipment improvement or design projects

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training
- You have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in maintenance or production management or any other relevant experience
