Cleaners (Part-time)

We’re a new residential cleaning company in Kelowna looking to grow our team As a crew member, we offer the following:
**LOOKING FOR**
- Cleaners (Part-time)

**WHAT YOU’LL GET**
- Pay starts at $22.00 / hour + tips (excluding travel time).
- Mileage reimbursed per kms for the team designated driver (between jobs).
- If you are a shift supervisor you can earn an extra $3.00 / hour.
- Work part-time (with potential for full-time) between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday & Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- Monthly incentives.
- All cleaning supplies & company t-shirts are provided.
- You will be working in a team of two cleaners at a time.
- We offer a great team environment, training, and the potential to be promoted into a Team Leader.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Perform various cleaning activities, which include the following: cleaning kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room & common areas, vacuum & mop floors, dusting, polishing and other cleaning related activities in accordance with instructions provided by your Team Leader.
- Utilize specific cleaning techniques taught to you by the company.
- Report any broken items, accidents or injuries immediately to your Leader.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 1+ Years of house cleaning experience.
- You must have a work permit authorizing you to work in Canada.
- You're able to provide a recent criminal record check.
- Two previous work references is required.
- We do require that you have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle, cell phone & internet, and a washer and dryer.
- You are a hardworking, reliable, energetic, athletic, and genuine person with a great personality.
- Your attention to detail is amazing.
- You can keep up a good work pace while consistently adhering to high standards.
- You are physically fit & will not have an issue with repetitive motions associated with cleaning such as wiping, kneeling, squatting, standing, pushing & pulling up / down or forward / back.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
