Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Expert to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential properties as well as Vacation Rental Cleans. This includes laundry, fast paced environment and very detail oriented. Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas

- Make beds and change linens

- Laundry (washing and drying) of linens and towels for vacation rentals

- Organize and declutter rooms (general tidy)

- Follow specific instructions provided by clients regarding cleaning preferences

- Follow Turn Clean protocols and expectations

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction

-Communicate effectively with management and staff

- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes using our method

Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Reliable Transportation

- Trustworthy with no Criminal Record

- Be able to pay for and pass a Criminal Record Check

- Ability to use apps related to communication and scheduling as the job requires

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or vacation rental cleaning preferred, however training will be provided as we have a specific way of doing things

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

- Attention to detail IS A MUST to ensure high-quality cleaning results

Pay & Bonuses:

-All Turn Clean cleaners start between $20-$22.50 (dependent on experience) for the first three months; then will receive a raise.

Interview Process:

We believe that everyone should have the right to be a given a shot. This is why our interview process consists of a paid ($18/hour) trial clean with one of our trainers where you will have the chance to be shown our operation, and show off your skills. If we proceed with your further you will then be offered a position and put through our two week training period.

PLEASE NOTE: Our two week training period will take place in Vernon where our current Staff Manager and trainers are located. You will be required to commute for your training period. After your training period your service area will be lake country and Kelowna.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
