That’s why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team **The role we are offering you**: By joining our Global Oracle Support team, you will have the opportunity to be a super-user for our Oracle systems, helping our finance community around the world and improve the current process in place. Ready to: - Assist with providing on-going support to finance users across the world on processes associated to Oracle R12, Oracle Cloud, related systems and on legacy Oracle 11i as sites are deployed on Cloud; - Help with the month end process in the system and verify and follow up to ensure proper execution of important month end close tasks; - Work with IT (in-house and outsourced) on issue resolution, complete testing & communicate solutions to users; - Assist in creating training documentation for system functionality & business processes; - Assist in giving user training sessions to ensure finance users have the necessary knowledge to use Oracle effectively and to adopt system enhancements; - Help on new integrations and enhancements in collaboration with IT, users and management, including: - Development & documentation of requirements. - Development of test plans and execution/coordination of testing with technical teams & users - Development and execution of cutover plans with IT and end users. - Deliver communication/training/support on changes to end users. - Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned/required - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance, computer science, commerce, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; - Super-user experience with Business ERP systems, Oracle preferred - Knowledge of an ERP implementation cycle, Oracle preferred; - Experience in assisting in the development of training material & helping to deliver training courses to end users; - Knowledge of at least two finance modules and how they work (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General ledger, Cash management and/or Fixed assets) - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; - Power BI knowledge to help building new reports and improve existing one in order to help on Month-end processes; - Individual must be self-motivated and foster a cooperative work environment; - Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and analyze problems and assist with appropriate solutions; - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently; - Service minded; - Works well in a team environment or as an independent contributor; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; **Good assets**: - Knowledge of Oracle R12, Oracle Cloud or Oracle 11 specifically; - Knowledge of Oracle financials end to end; - Superior knowledge of Excel; - Bilingualism (French and English) **CAE offers**: - An environment where your initiatives will be acknowledged and valued; - A collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment; - Remote work possibility; - Flex time; - Job stability; - Attractive benefits, including a competitive pension plan LI-CG1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
