JOB OVERVIEW

As a Quantum ERP Business Analyst, you will be the primary system expert for our Component Control Quantum platform. You’ll configure and maintain Quantum modules, lead upgrades and integrations, manage vendor relationships, develop reports and dashboards, and train end-users—ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement across maintenance, inventory, and financial processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quantum Configuration & Support:

- Manage day‑to‑day administration of Quantum modules (Shop Control, POs, Repair Orders, Inventory Control, Event Manager), including configuration, workflows, and user permissions
- Vendor Management:

- Coordinate with Component Control and third‑party consultants on system upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and SLAs
- Reporting & Analytics:

- Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau to track KPIs and system performance
- Integrations:

- Implement and maintain integrations between Quantum and ERP (e.g., SAP), procurement, inventory, and financial systems via APIs, EDI, or middleware
- Data Management:

- Perform data imports/exports, integrity checks, cleanses, and master‑data maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Training & Documentation:

- Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and run support sessions for global end‑users
- Process Improvement:

- Analyze system metrics, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to workflows and controls
- Audit & Compliance:

- Support SOX ITGC audits by providing system documentation, audit trails, and control evidence
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience supporting MRO or other enterprise ERP systems (ideally Quantum)
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills

**Preferred**:

- Component Control Quantum Professional (CCQP) certification
- 10+ years’ experience supporting MRO or other enterprise ERP systems (ideally Quantum)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Hands‑on experience integrating Quantum with SAP or Oracle ERP
- Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or.NET for integrations

**Preferred Skill and Tools**:

- Quantum Modules: Shop Control, Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, Inventory Control, Event Manager
- Database & Reporting: Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau
- Integration & Middleware: APIs, EDI, Mulesoft
- Service Management: ServiceNow or equivalent Service Management
- Version Control: Git or equivalent
- Data Processes: ETL, data cleansing, master‑data management
