Jenik Freight is an international freight forwarding company dedicated to providing efficient, reliable, and compliant global logistics solutions. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated Logistics Intern to join our team and gain first-hand experience in the world of international trade and supply chain management.

We are offering a hands-on internship (Winter Term) in international freight forwarding. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics operations, documentation, and global trade.

**Start**:December 22, 2025 - January 19, 2026**

**End date: June 01, 2026**

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Enrolled full or part
- time at an ELIGIBLE Canadian college or university **and**_**following a course of study that leads to a degree, diploma, or certificate.**_
- Studying any discipline, at any diploma or degree level
- Will be enrolled for at least the first 30 days of this internship
- Holds Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or refugee status (International students are not eligible)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support operations with shipment tracking and client updates.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents.
- Conduct market research on freight rates and trade trends.
- Maintain accurate data entry in logistics and CRM systems.
- Provide general administrative support to operations and sales teams
- Implement process improvement initiatives within the supply chain to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with processes, packaging standards and materials management practices

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn logistics software.
- Interest in global trade, shipping, and supply chain
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Join us as we strive for excellence in logistics operations
