**Position Overview**

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our company’s brand image and resonates with our target audience across various platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing principles, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing multimedia content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand.
- Act as an on-camera personality for video content, bringing energy and authenticity to the brand.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company brand voice, style, and guidelines.
- Track content performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and create content that meets their needs and interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Generate reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new content formats, and emerging platforms.
- Experiment with creative ideas and formats to keep the brand innovative.
- Willing to travel between different locations, the warehouse, and the office to secure content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in content creation or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to create engaging, clear, and concise content for various platforms.
- Ability to generate new and innovative content ideas.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to new trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with Graphic Design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, is a plus.
- Experience with video editing software is a plus.

**NB: A portfolio showcasing content creation ability is required.**
