**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, are a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
