The projects RJS works on are Commercial, Light Industrial, and Institutional in the Lower Mainland and can include:
**Tenant improvements**

**Structural upgrades**

**Remediations**

**Office renovations**

We are looking to hire an experienced Estimator to join our young, fun and growing team.

**Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation in the Lower Mainland and be willing and able to obtain a criminal record clearance.**

1. Be a hard-working, organized, personable team player who is detail oriented.

2. Have commercial estimating and tendering experience in the Lower Mainland.

3. Current knowledge of the BC building codes.

4. Be a proactive problem-solver that can manage multiple bids with positive results.

5. Proficient in numeracy and computer programs including Excel.

6. Able to read and interpret scopes of work, specifications, architectural and engineering drawings.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Wage: $25.00 - $38.00 depending on level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
