**Your tasks at a glance**:
- You will respond to incoming interactions from our new and existing patients.
- You will provide unparalleled customer service to book and or modify appointments, update patient files, answer questions about the pre
- and post-operative process.
- You will answer chat boxes and be active on our social media pages.
- You will ensure that patients have all the information they need to have a memorable experience.
**A clear view of your assets**:
- You possess eagerness to provide professional customer service with a caring, empathic and energic attitude.
- You have customer service experience (required; call center experience an asset).
- You are perfectly bilingual, spoken and written (French and English, **Spanish an asset)**.
- You already have experience in LIVE E-chat (an asset).
- You have a good ability to adapt to change and are a fast learner.
- You are comfortable working with computer software and internet browsers.
- You have a proven ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are available to work a flexible schedule **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.**:
- You are available for **training of 4 weeks, Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).**:
- You are eligible to work in Canada. (If you have a work permit, it must be valid for a minimum of 12 months).
