Site Administrator
**Duties**: Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of the site:
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement for site needs.
- Supervise and support on-site personnel, contractors, and vendors.
- Facilitate training sessions and ensure staff adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Address and resolve employee or stakeholder concerns related to site operations.
- Provide IT or technical support for on-site systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site activities and queries.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to upper management.
- Liaise with external partners, clients, or vendors as needed. Provide temporary coverage in site manager(s) absence
