As a key part of our Service team, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and departments - ensuring every RV repair or Mobile Service call is handled efficiently with top-tier care. **What You'll be Doing**
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to maximise productivity.
- Match service jobs with the appropriate skill-level technician.
- Communicate clearly with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Ensure warranty procedures and unit inspections are properly completed.
- Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to prevent delays.
- Monitor work progress, perform spot checks, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain daily dispatch logs and completed work orders.
- Support a smooth workflow in the Mobile Service Department - and keep everything moving
