**Data Entry Clerk - Legal**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Updates and maintains real estate transaction files by accurately inputting data from various real estate transaction documentation into an electronic file management system
- Serves as the main point of contact for all data administration/paper and electronic file maintenance in the team
- Communicates with legal assistants and law clerks to assist in additional clerical work, as required
- A post-secondary diploma or certificate in legal administration/business administration or a similar field
- A minimum of one year experience in a similar administrative position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and WordPerfect
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, respect, and commitment to service excellence
