We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of **Blanchard Grinder Operator **at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.

The Blanchard Grinder Operator is responsible for preparing, loading, and running material through the Blanchard Grinder while ensuring output quality.

This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use overhead crane and lifting magnet to load and unload work pieces onto table
- Grind pieces to achieve desired finish
- Use handheld grinder for deburring
- Use micrometer, Vernier to check desired size and tolerance

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements
