Accounts Receivable and Payroll Coordinator

Overview:
A highly skilled and experienced Controller to manage the financials and human resource processes at Innovo. The Controller will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, recognizing monthly revenue, and managing payroll functions. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables (AR):
- Manage all inquires, including quotation requests from customers
- Create and maintain a regular and accurate customer billing cycle, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
- Ensure that AR aging balances are kept below 60 days, proactively managing overdue accounts and sharing the aging reports on biweekly basis or make it as an when required.
- Create and manage customer accounts (AR) in all financial and accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Monthly Revenue Recognition:
- Reconcile all revenue sources by the 3 business day of the month for the previous month.
- Prepare and submit the monthly revenue report by the 5 business day for review and discussion with leadership.
- Participate in revenue forecasting exercises and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate projections.
Human Resources & Payroll Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Hiring and termination processes, collaborating with HR management to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage Innovo’s payroll accounts and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare, submit, and remit Innovo’s payroll liabilities (e.g., WSIB), ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Review and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Submit payroll summaries to the CEO/ CFO for approval before payment distribution.
- Manage and process payroll remittances (e.g., WSIB) on time, in accordance with local and national regulations.
Pay: $39,218.38-$63,733.63 per year
