The Account Manager maintains and expands relationship with the company’s customers and is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives.

The Account Manager represents the company’s products, services, and solutions to assigned customers, while managing the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The account Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including internal teams and external customers to ensure successful projects deliveries.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
**Market Insight and Achievement of Sales Targets**:

- According to the characteristics of the regional market, proactively conduct market insights, make timely observations of changes in market demand, competitor dynamics, and product prices, and formulate market strategies to respond accordingly
- Execute the company’s annual business plan, implement it in the region, and achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets in the region
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales opportunities

**Customer maintenance and sales process management**:

- Manage existing customers, use effective incentives according to the characteristics of different customers, and implement the company’s strategies in terms of product, price and promotion (3P)
- Organize product and solution training and promotion, guide customers to actively introduce new products and high-value products, and continuously improve the share of wallet (SOW) of existing customers
- Choose valuable customers and support their growth, properly handle conflicts between channels, and form healthy competition in the regional market
- Collaborate with different departments to handle issues encountered by customers concerning after-sales service, price, product and promotion, and facilitate the placement and transactions of orders
- Lead the discovery, identification, evaluation and confirmation of project business opportunities; implement established project strategies; ensure the follow-up and implementation of projects, and conduct regular project reviews to ensure the implementation of business opportunities. Manage the entire process of business opportunities through CRM

**New customer development**:

- Identify the potential in the regional market, develop new customers/dealers in the market, and continuously increase the number of dealers in the region

**Marketing & Promotion activity**:

- Promote and implement marketing activities in the region according to the company's overall marketing strategies

Other sales related duties as assigned

**ESSENTIAL CORE COMPETENCIES**:

- Experiences in security industry including CCTV surveillance, access control, related equipment, and/or computer networking is a plus
- Ability to have market insights and be interested in exploring potential opportunities in the market
- Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; work in an organized manner and be able to review and summarize work in a timely manner
- Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients. A valid driver’s license and a valid passport for occasional air travel are required
- Must be willing and capable to work a flexible schedule and available for occasional overnight and week-end travels
- Proficient in Microsoft’s office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- 2 years’ technical diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience

Annual OTE Earnings: $80,000-$120,000
