Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the bar with/for bartenders
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Check inventory for the bar on weekly basis (alcohol, juices, equipment, fruits etc.)
  • Responsible for making cocktail kegs, changing kegs and being the support that the bartenders need
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food as well as drink orders

**Experience**

  • Experience in the industry is preferred although we are willing to train people whom are willing to learn
  • Basic Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
  • Familiarity with bartending tools and equipment
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests

Please note that this position requires working evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
