We are looking for 2 full time Business Development Managers (BDM) for our mortgage brokerage and lending firm.
- Mortgage origination for residential and commercial transaction
- Knowledge of document requirements and review for accuracy
- Establish and maintain broker relationship
- Knowledge of mortgage products, lenders and insurers guideline
- Have the ability to promote CMFG investment program to investors and CMFG mortgage products to brokers and the general public
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiate and Problem solve
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide marketing feedback to the marketing team to improve business growth and branding
- Help in building the business development team
- Minimum 5 years of business development of residential and commercial mortgages
- Must be computer savvy - Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Knowledge of Filogix but not mandatory
- Remote work
- Willing to travel/ outgoing
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and attending networking meetings
- Meeting company's monthly target
