If you're looking to advance your career in Business Aviation, consider joining the Skyservice family.Get to know us: https://www.skyservice.com/Summary of Responsibilities:Identify, target, and sell Skyservice’s Aircraft Management Services to new and existing aircraft owners;Analyze revenue-generation progress and recommend adjustments;Generate new leads through networking;Build and manage relationships with clients;Lead proposal generation and presentations; act as primary client interface;Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiations;Stay current on market trends and share feedback with the team;Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities;Monitor and report sales metrics and recommend improvements;Use CRM systems to track prospects and clients;Collaborate with Marketing to nurture the sales funnel.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 7 years experience in private jet or business aviation sales;Post-secondary education in Aviation Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar;Extensive knowledge of business jets/aircraft types;Proven success in sales planning, prospecting, negotiating, and closing;Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals;Self-starter with strong business and financial skills;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot is an asset.Benefits:Competitive pay ratesHealth, vision, and dental benefits for employees and dependentsEmployee assistance programRetirement savings plan with company matchingPaid time off including sick and personal daysEmployee Referral ProgramContinuing Education ProgramService AwardsSkyservice is an equal opportunity employer.
