**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to help manage administrative tasks and streamline business operations. This flexible, mostly remote position requires a proactive approach, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and arrange travel bookings
- Handle financial tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Follow up with clients and interact with customers professionally
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and administrative projects
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain organization
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in workflows

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer service, sales, or an administrative role
- **Education**: No formal degree required, but strong organization and communication skills are a must
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
- **Work Setup**: You must have your own computer and phone for remote work
- **Personality Traits**:

- Detail-oriented - You catch the small things that others miss
- Reliable and organized - You can manage multiple priorities and stay on top of tasks
- Proactive and resourceful - You anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong communicator and problem solver - Comfortable interacting with clients and managing tasks independently
- **Bonus**: Familiarity with _Getting Things Done_ by David Allen is a plus
