**DZ SNOW PLOW DRIVER**

T BELL TRANSPORT INC. has immediate seasonal, part-time openings for DZ Snow Plow Drivers. This position involves bush road snow plowing in remote forestry areas during the winter season.

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow trucks to clear snow from forestry and bush roads safely and efficiently
- Perform mandatory pre
- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and plow equipment
- Proactively identify and mitigate health and safety risks in remote work environments
- Monitor and adapt to changing weather, terrain, and road conditions
- Ensure all load securement and safety procedures are followed when transporting equipment or materials
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors regarding road conditions and operational updates
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with equipment upkeep in cold weather
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations

**Competencies, Skills, & Knowledge**
- Valid DZ License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (snow plow or winter road experience an asset)
- Experience operating inrural, off-highway, or forestry environments preferred
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
- Strong understanding of winter driving and plow operations
- Must be 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Good attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently in remote locations
- Positive team attitude and willingness to follow direction
- Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture

**Work Conditions**
- This is a seasonal position during the winter months
- Work is performed primarily outdoors in winter conditions
- Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and on-call hours, depending on weather and operational needs
- Living and working in a remote bush camp is required during active plowing operations
- Travel on remote forestry and bush roads is required
