Permanent full-time, 5 days/week (9-5 pm)

YESCO, the world’s largest sign and lighting repair franchise, is looking to grow its market share in Southwestern Ontario. With nearly a century in the signage business, YESCO has developed a reputation for excellence across North America.

This is an inside sales position and is perfect for an experienced professional who is interested in charting their own path in an exciting industry. New businesses are breaking ground in Southwestern Ontario every day and established ones are expanding. The successful Sign Service Account Executive will stay on top of these growth trends and seek opportunities to put the YESCO stamp on a variety of signs across this area.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop new customer accounts to increase revenue by cold-calling
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Use applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare sales order forms
- Meet weekly quotas for calls and sales presentations

**Compensation**
- Compensation Based upon salary plus commission. Expected performance achieves $45,000+.

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous sales and cold-calling experience (warm lead provided)
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
- Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be enthusiastic, with a strong aptitude and a positive “can do” attitude
- Versatile sales & client service agent, with the ability to work in an inbound or outbound team oriented call center environment.
- Must have a proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales
- Exceptional oral communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- An excellent command of English language is required
- Basic computer/Keyboarding skills.
